| Harry realizes that Billie needs to learn better manners and know things, such as what the Supreme Court is. He hires a poor journalist, Paul Verrall, to teach Billie about manners and some basic things. Paul lives close by in the hotel -- in a small single room though. He wears glasses, which in those days was considered to be only for nerds. Here he is teaching Billie who seems quite charmed by him. | |
